Wendy McDowell Durbin

Wendy McDowell Durbin was born and raised in McLean, Texas in the

Texas Panhandle. She completed her Bachelors of Business Administration at Texas Tech in 1990 and obtained her Law Degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1993.

She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1993 focusing exclusively on Consumer Bankruptcy. She is licensed to practice in the

State of Texas, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Wendy McDowell Durbin has served as President of the West Texas Bankruptcy Bar Association; Chairman of the Farm Ranch and Agri-Busuness

Bankruptcy Institute; Member of the Board of Directors of the Lubbock

County Bar Association; Team member for the 2011 United Way Campaign;

Member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys,

Lubbock County Bar Association, West Texas Bankruptcy Bar Association.
