Elizabeth Klare

Liz is a graduate of the South Plains College Legal Assistant program. She began working for Wendy Durbin in 1997 as a Paralegal. She assists our

clients in preparing their bankruptcy paperwork

and assembling all the needed information to

file their case.

Amy Leon-Guerrero

Amy is a legal assistant that has worked for Wendy Durbin since 1996. She assists in the preparation

of the Bankruptcy Pleadings and filing of the cases. She then administers the cases after filing. She is also responsible for client accounts.

Robert Urive

Robert has worked for Wendy Durbin since 2003.

He provides Spanish translation when needed

along with many clerical and general office responsibilities.
